About
An independent studio for service businesses
Klosrco helps small U.S. service businesses improve how their websites capture demand — then what happens after someone actually inquires.
Point of view
A website is not the whole job
Too many good service businesses lose work to preventable problems: unclear copy, a form that is hard to finish on a phone, a follow-up email that never goes out, or a site that nearby customers cannot find.
Those pieces are usually treated as separate vendors. We treat website, lead capture, follow-up, visibility, and measurement as one connected system, because that is how a customer actually moves through it.
How we work
Prioritize before selling a rebuild
The first deliverable is a practical audit, not a proposal to start over.
-
01
Look at the real path
We start with how a visitor uses the site and what happens after they reach out — not a generic checklist.
-
02
Rank by likely impact
We prioritize what is likely costing leads, not what is easiest to sell or most visually obvious.
-
03
Keep design, capture, and follow-up together
Website, capture, follow-up, technical SEO, and analytics as one project, so those pieces do not get split across vendors who do not talk to each other.
-
04
Be clear about scope before implementation
There is no obligation after the audit. If we take the work further, cost and scope are itemized first. There is no lock-in.
What we do differently
No pressure to buy the largest project
This site is operated by Daniil Kozakov, trading as Klosrco. See the Privacy Notice for contact and data-handling details.
-
01
The audit is the product, first
You get a short Loom walkthrough with issues ranked by likely impact. A written summary is available on request. You can use that on your own.
-
02
We do not invent scale
Klosrco is an independent studio. We publish client results only after the work is completed and we have permission to share them.
-
03
Practical over theatrical
The goal is fewer lost inquiries, not a more impressive website for its own sake.
